February 22, 2012. The morning after the victory moment we had last night!
The election has ended. After straight 11 nights in sleeping at the Student Lounge, I learned a lot of fresh experiences that I never had in my former world that is isolated in the debating and academic community. I am very very happy to meet new student leaders which I never had acquainted before. PULSO HAN MAG-AARAM Party is the perfect avenue for me to meet young fellow intellectuals in the campus. Together we serve the people. I really made the right choice to resign from my very much loved Debate Society. I know that I was more needed by the students. Serving the students has been my passion. If not for it, I should have languished for more unproductive moments in my college life.
Congrats Party mates! Together we built HISTORY!

Next academic year will always be challenging as I will spearhead the UP Tacloban Student Council 2012-2013. All these challenges won't be surpassed without the collective efforts of the council and the students' population at large. I believe in the capacity of my Vice Chairperson Hezro Caandoy for being responsible for the issues in strengthening the body. The next academic year will also be challenging to the level of commitment of my new set of councilors, disregarding to which parties do they belong. Division Representatives must also live up to the expectations set by their co-divisions for it is only through this that the element of trust from the students will continuously live up.
